The most recent visit, Christmas Eve, and the food still get 5 stars. However, the service wasn't top notch...which can make or break a customer's satisfaction. The entrees arrived and I asked for A1 sauce. Well...7 minutes later as I sat waiting...the server arrives with it. By that point...the steak and potato were cold. I didn't send it back because being in a small group I didn't want to be the outcast. However, very frustrating!!! And more annoying was it wasn't even busy. I should have called that next business day or sent a comment through heir website ... but have been out of town on business.

I am teetering on a 5 star rating here. The place is fun and lively, and the peanut shells add to the atmosphere. The rolls w cinnamon butter are awesome, as are the mixed drinks. Be sure to try the Jamaican cowboy. My boys cleaned their plates. Although my husband said his steak was not seasoned well. My grilled shrimp was really good. I paired it with mixed veggies & a sweet potato loaded with marshmallows and caramel. Our waitress, I think her name was Erica was awesome. She was attentive, knowledgeable & personable. We will have to try this place on a Tuesday, which is kids night. Oh, and before 6pm during the week there are meals under 7 bucks.

This is about as good as it gets for a mid-priced chain steakhouse. Of course, their competition is Outback. Given a choice I would visit the Roadhouse every time. To begin with the host/hostess brings a basket of crazy good hot rolls with them when they seat you. So you have them to nibble on immediately. Did I mention they come with maple butter? There is also a bucket of peanuts, ready to shell, ready and waiting on the table. Another feature is that you get to pick your individual steak from a selection in display case near the front door. Very cool. These folk's steaks are so good that all they use is a little salt for seasoning. Outback uses significant seasonings to hide the sometimes sketchy quality of their steaks. By the way both my wife and I's steaks were cooked perfectly. Prices are in line with the Australian folks. The wife raved about the sides and I also found them very high quality. Finally, the manager always visits your table to check on your satisfaction. Always. Every time. It's part of the process. We'll be back for sure.

First time visit. I guess we caught the place on a bad night. Place was almost empty but the service was sloooow. Pickle appetizer was salty but skewered shrimp was tasty. I had a sirloin that was OK but not very flavorful. The seasonings tried to boost it up a bit but without it it would have been bland. My friend's rib eye was fatty but good and the prime rib flat tasting but juicy. Baked potato cold as was my corn. Funny thing.....although my steak came medium rare as I ordered, after 5 minutes it turned into well done! It was actually cooked! I showed the server and she took it back. The manager came over and apologized and asked if there was anything she could do. I asked her to put a rush on the steak so I could eat it with my friends. Unfortunately, the steak arrived 10 minutes later when everyone was finished. Go back again? I don't know. Probably not. There are so many places better than this place in the area.

We used to frequent Texas Roadhouse when we lived in a different area...there are none close to us now so we don't go very often. We chose the Concordville location due to its close proximity of a friend of ours that we were taking out for his Birthday. Typical visit from the beginning (although I was surprised there was no wait). Nonetheless, we went to the bar to have a cocktail as we waited on our friend. Greeted immediatley with a smiling face. Just before our friend arrived we had asked to be seated. When we got to the table we were greeted immediately again by, Erica, who was phenomenal. The appetizer was great as was the service. When our meals came out Erica asked us to cut into ours. Both my girlfriend and I had asked for medium doneness....mine was a little over medium but I declined to say anything. My girlfriends was on the done side of well. Erica apologized and offered to have the steak recooked. It took between fifteen and twenty minutes for the recooked steak to come out; which was cooked perfectly. The only problem was that my girlfriend was no longer hungry and my friend and I were at the end of our meals. Dissapointing that a restaurant in which we have had such great experiences in dropped the ball like this. What made it worse was that the manager came to check the steak but never once apologized for the mishap. We will not make a big deal and maybe it was an isolated incident....but we will not return.

Walking in from work and a juicy steak came to mind..i been here before and I think that you get a pretty OK piece of steak for your money. The place is pretty cool for a chain restaurant. The beer is always cold.

I generally stay away from big chain restaurants ,but a buddy of mine told me this was a nice place to grab a steak at a reasonable price. I gotta say, it's exactly that. Last night was maybe the third time I've stepped foot into this place. Of the 3 times I've been there, the most we've ever had to wait was maybe 20 mins. Service has been hit or miss. Last night we found ourselves sitting there waiting for a check for about 30 minutes after we finished our meal. Other times tho we've had servers that would almost not leave us alone (sometimes the latter gets annoying, but I'd rather give you a thumbs up that everything is good at the table every 5 mins than wait for a check for 20-30). As for the food, no complaints. Their rolls are delicious, usually served blazing hot with a side of some kind of cinnamon cream butter (I think). I find myself ordering the same thing every time, a Ft Worth Ribeye (cooked medium) with a sweet potato and corn on the side. The steak has been as close to perfect as possible every time and if it's off, it's never been so bad that I need to send it away. Their beer selection is pretty standard for a chain, so don't go expecting to be blown away there.

Im giving it a 2 bc I did like the steak but we have gone two times and both times we had to send the order back, not bc it was prepared wrong, that happens - but the order was wrong. Too many options in Glen Mills to get a steak. Wont be coming back.

Came here for my going-away dinner before I moved to...Texas! Felt appropriate. Got the chicken smothered in mushroom sauce, usually my go-to, and of course ate of others plates! I'll take Texas Roadhouse over Outback any day of the week. Server was super friendly and helpful!

I LOVE this establishment! Fyi, I live in Philly and do not mind driving out here to this restaurant. First of all, don't go on a Saturday evening unless you're prepared to wait for at least an hour :( The service is EXCELLENT! Ask for either one of the Jessica's that work here. They are amazing! Very personable and attentive. Just really great servers. They embody the meaning of customer service. The food. Stellar! The rolls they give you are buttery AH-MAZINGNESS and the butter that comes with it... We fight over it! This visit, my daughter ordered her usual single pork chop and she loves the gravy they give you in a cup on the side. My mother ordered a steak and she loved it (she also loves their mashed potatoes) & I ordered a full slab of ribs that were so tender. The drinks. I ordered a Vodka Raspberry tea and it was good! Not weak like some other restaurant chains that are family friendly. The people who greet you at the front are very friendly also. I just can't express how pleasant everyone was. I will never complain about the trip from the city to this restaurant. It is worth it EVERY SINGLE TIME! xoxo

Why on earth suburbanites PACK this place (with kids, also) is beyond me. We came here when we were out of other ideas and the wait at Grand Rodeo was 45 minutes. Well, the wait here was 45 minutes also (even though we were told it'd be 20-25 minutes.) Literally THRONGS of people. Avoid on a Saturday night at all cost. Mediocrity served in enormous portions with a side of bovine growth hormone. I'll pass. But I bet somebody will drag me back here.

Oh just ew. It's a dirty greasy mess. Noisy and not at all appetizing in the atmosphere department. The peanuts are nice. We had some horrible dishes here. I think the steaks were ok to good but everything else (potatoes, side dishes) was served cold and bland. I would have given it 1 star but if you like steaks you may just like them here. Good luck not falling on the greasy floor ( traction provided by peanut shells).

Food was good. Service was terrible. "Deanna" was rude and her tone let us know we were a bother to her life. Tossed the check and to go boxes on the table... Like literally just tossed them. I had trouble tipping her a proper 20% which as someone who works for tips, I always tip 30%. Never going back to this Texas Roadhouse.

Terrible service in this place it took us 3 solid hours to get our meal. We even tried to help the waitress and ask for our bill as soon as she put our dinner on the table and it took 25 minutes for her to come back with the bill. Drinks are way over priced at $10 for one shot measured at 1.25 oz according to the manager who was pretty rude himself after we asked what they measure their drinks at. There are several restaurants in the area don't make a mistake that we did and eat there because it was right next to the hotel. Take a two minute drive and eat somewhere else.

Service sucked ! Food was cold when brought out . Server sucked . Her name was Anna . Never going back to this location again. Peace

Waited over a hour to be seated not a big deal that it was father's day. Placed our orders and my mother took a nap waiting on the food because it was over 40min. When I got my steak it was cooked completely wrong and the baked potato was somehow cold. 3 hour trip at Texas roadhouse for below average dinner. Only positive the rolls n butter were great

If you go on a weekend night plan to wait a while this place has a line out the door. I'm not sure if they take reservations or do call ahead. To start the give you a basket of hot rolls that are very good. There is also a bucket of peanuts for you to nibble on. Gave this place just an Ok 3 stars b/c my wife's meal wasn't all that good. She had the Grilled Shrimp and said they were just not good, very salty. Now I had a Bone In Rib-eye Steak that was very good cooked to perfection I like medium rare. After all it is a steak house. So go with what they're good at. Our server could have had a little more personality but she did a good job, our drinks were always full and she stopped by a bunch of times to check on us.

Every single thing about this place rocks!!!!! I can't remember the last time I went into a place and immediately thought "I wish I was working here." The entire staff wear blue jeans and t-shirts that say: I LOVE MY JOB!!! I believe it too. I've had occasion to meet the lead baker Danny (who makes the killer rolls) multiple of the floor staff, and even the owner Ron. That's right the owner (a reoccurring theme in my meals out). They let you pick your own steak (lobster style) from a display window, the lead waitress will drop off some of Danny's piping hot rolls, and they've even found a way to make the intolerable into something fantastic. As a frequent restaurant goer (read as a guy who doesn't cook all too often) there are few things more annoying than the Happy Birthday celebration at a restaurant. Applebess I think is the absolute worse at this abomination. The floor staff phoning it in with the faux sincerity. Texas Roadhouse has finally turned this into something fun. A loud Texas sized YEEHAW that everyone in the restaurant gets involved in. Now after all this I should actually get around to mentioning the food eh? These steaks are do die for. Seriously, I'm drooling now just thinking about it. Just last weekend I was downtown for a steak dinner at one of the "high end" steak places in the city. Steak was twice the price and half as tasty. The only slight down-side is the price. For two people its gonna run you close to $100 with tip (and dear gods people learn to tip) so its not an every an every week thing, but once a month makes it right in my window. Take the trip, have the steak, and come back and tell me how brilliant I am :)

Ron is the GM and does a great job. Always on the floor asking about the food and service! Good Job

Not too bad at all, if you keep expectations in check. The food is average and the service is quick but not overly pleasant. What makes it worth a visit for us on Tuesday nights is family night where a giant mascot named Andy the Armadillo walks around the restaurant and another guy named Balloon Knot Mike or something like that roams around making balloon animals for the kids. There's also a face painter but the line for her can be long. Plus they have a jukebox packed with country classics. I'm not a country fan but it's fun to pretend you're in a real Roadhouse (like that awesome Patrick swayze movie) for a few hours. My toddler loves the experience. Oh, and the free peanuts mean that the kids aren't starving for dinner, and neither are the adults...which is helpful because dinner isn't usually very good. But hey, it's a fun weeknight out!

This is about as authentic Texan as Olive Garden is authentic Italian. Steak was just alright. Yes, you can select your own, which is cool in theory. But overall there's nothing to see here. Save your cowboy boots for the rodeo.

Porterhouse or go home. I'd struggle to find a streak prepared as consistently delicious as Texas Roadhouse's porterhouse. Each time we went the service has been great. First was the two of us second was nine of us. The bread, although not healthy is obviously fresh and the sides have something to please everyone. Peanuts while you wait make me happy and thirty which makes me want a sweet tea so. much. more. I'd like to know if they a secret menu, most restaurants do. If you've never been to a Texas Roadhouse please keep an open mind and give it a shot, if you've been before you know it's manufactured happiness.

Jessica our server was friendly and polite. unfortunately that ends the good part of the review. If you're looking for a hamburger there are much better options. We should have known from the start when we were told that they could only do medium well or more burgers. We may come back to give them a second chance and see how good the steaks are.

Not bad at all. I do think that they have a bit of a hard time handling high traffic. But, in the past, I've been when it wasn't, and I can't really complain at all. Try not to go on the typical high-traffic times, and you'll love it.

Consistently good service at the bar... Food is usually consistently prepared well. All in all a safe bet for business travelers... Don't forget to ask for Togo silverware if you are taking out... Quite a few times I've had to grab hotel plastic ware and plate ware for my Togo order.

They must microwave their steaks here.food was way over cook.Service was slow I waited 15 minutes for my drinks to get to the table after watching the waitress text on her cell phone the whole time. I had to give this place a star to review it

This place is always packed. Use call ahead seating. Should be twice as large. They did some research on where to place a good steak house where there is no competition. There is really only one reason to come here and that is the steak. Stick to the filet, NY Strip, or Ft. Worth Ribeye. Get some yummy bread. Some beer. That is all you need to know.

I had such bad experiences at this restaurant. I placed the order they said it would be ready in 30 minutes I arrived in thirty minutes paid for the order only to be told waited another 30 minutes and was told that my order was just turned in and it would be another 30 minutes before it was ready. Then I expressed my concerns and when it was finally ready it was order thrown at me at the table I was sitting at. How insulting!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called corporate and it took the owner (Steve) of the restaurant three weeks to call and discuss the issue. I have never ordered from this place since. At least 6 times when my wife and son ordered to go, Why they do I have no idea, there are items and entire orders missing. This just happened again a few days ago. I hope they will never order from them again. It amazes me how they run such a restaurant. And they food quality has really gone done hill.

Meat! One of my favorite food choices. I have had steak at many facilities, including very high end steakhouses and I found there is really no point into going to any of them. Texas Roadhouse gets the same cuts of quality meat as those very overpriced steakhouses, but Texas Roadhouse does it better. They have never screwed up any of my orders for how I want it cooked, and the meat is always tender. My favorite is the New York Strip, however recently I was there with a very large party, and we ordered pretty much every type of cut. There was a porterhouse, rib-eye, filet, and my strip and all were cooked to perfection. Please give this place a try....the price is practically a 1/3 of what you would pay at many other restaurants, and it is prepared better here. The ambiance can be a little much, but the service has always been excellent, and even on very crowed nights I have never waited long for my meal to come out. It can have a wait so try their call ahead service especially if a larger party is going.

As New Yorkers who come to this restaurant rarely, we've enjoyed the occasional hearty meals here. However, after last night we will no longer be giving money to this franchise thanks to the behavior of one waitress. What started off as hospitable behavior slowly progressed to not so nice manners. I used to work in food services so I always treat restaurant staff with the upmost respect as it's not an easy task so not sure what brought about the sudden attitude but there are things you just don't do. For example, judging the amount of food a patron eats and without being asked bringing two "takeaway" containers to them and upon arrival to the table saying "oh I guess you guys won't be needing these" once she saw our meals were completely eaten and enjoyed. I said "oh thanks but we were hungry" and she replied "I see that". I'm by no means overweight nor is my significant other which sadly is the treatment those who are receive often, but on a Friday night after a long work week and exercising all week, we have the right to indulge and it's none of anyone's business. As a restaurant you should be happy your visitors eat all their food as it speaks volumes to what you're bringing to the table (no pun intended). On top that, she rudely placed the second beer ordered on the table. The waitress' name is on the receipt but rather than reciprocate the same classlessness and risk the possibility of her losing her job, I will refrain from mentioning it. Never coming back though and if you continue to treat others this way, you'll see a pattern. Just because you're miserable or having a bad day doesn't give you the right to treat others a certain way.

We've always had a good experience at TRH. BUT yesterday was bad!! Our server Katie was great, no issues and I understand she was caught in the middle!! NO LINES/very little waiting except for us. Called at 4:30 for 5:30 seating. 9 people/ 8 adults & 1 child 5:40 we were all together and waiting, and waiting and waiting. 6:oclock inquired and "waiting on a table. we have an 8 top, can you squeeze?. We told them we'd sit at it and the child could sit at the top of the table" Ok~ 6:30 Called up explained the seating arrangements again. Then we got seated!! Only there 2 mins and someone told we couldn't sit that way. Fire Hazard!!! Did they not know that when they sat us? Ok what can you do? Well you'd have to wait for another table or we can break you up?? Oh geez celebrating a birthday THANKS that's what would make us happy!! I WAS NOT waiting any longer to sit, we were starving and had a hungry 5 year old~~ Long story short we ended upbreaking up the party and not even side by side, back to back. OUr backs were to each other!!!! OH HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! Obviously a communication gap!! Whenever a large party comes MAKE SURE you know what your seats are going to be!!! What ticked me off is whenever we have been there on a normal visit, at least ONE time a manager comes by and checks on things. NOT ONE manager came up to us. The one person we dealt with did not tell us he was the manager. JUST you can sit here, we can reseat you but you have wait. SO much for customer satisfaction!!! THERE was NO ONE waiitng in line like typically at that restaurant oh of course but us who had to wait TWO hours after calling ahead an hour earlier. If a manager had come and talked to us but no we were avoided except for Katie.

everything was way too salty, my steak was ordered medium rare but felt like I was chewing beef jerky. Combo of meh-quality beef + way overcooked. Cant say I expected too much being a chain steak place, but expected their steak to be a bit better than what we experienced. don't think Ill be rushing back anytime soon.

My boyfriend's motorcycle broke down in the pouring rain an hour away from home. I went to get him and deal with the bike and I saw this restaurant and thought it would be a good parking lot to leave the bike until the next day. I figured we might as well have something to eat or at least a beer. As we walked towards the restaurant, I noticed how completely SOAKING WET he was, chef pants and t-shirt dripping wet! We walk in to this friendly restaurant and get the customary greeting. We saw this guy looking at him a little shocked, I was afraid he was going to tell us we couldn't come in! We were very welcome and Ron offered to give my boyfriend a dry restaurant t-shirt! It is the little kindnesses in life. This simple gesture turned our really crappy day around. We both had steaks and they were very tasty and cooked perfectly. We felt like we were in Texas with our humongous beers and waters! I wish there were more people like Ron in the world.

We came here the morning after a wedding. Not being familiar with the area, but very hungry, we decided on this place. I really appreciated the concept/theme and atmosphere - not to mention the rolls with cinnamon butter. Most tables had little buckets of peanuts. I assume they're complimentary, but we weren't offered any - wasn't feeling peanuts at the time anyway. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and mushrooms. It wasn't particularly flavorful- pretty basic, but not bad. I got a grilled chicken salad, which I enjoyed. Lots of "stuff" in it - not too heavy on the lettuce- which wasn't all iceberg (a plus, in my book). Their unsweetened iced tea was delicious. I would give our food 3.5 stars. Nothing special, but decent. Reason for the 2 star rating: This place apparently operates on "southern time" (is this also part of their shtick?).... we waited over half an hour for our meals! And it wasn't crowded by any means. Then, when we finally finished eating, we had to wait another 10 minutes or so to find, and get the attention of, our waitress for the check. Our dining experience lasted entirely too long and we should've gone elsewhere. There's another Texas Roadhouse closer to where we live... we may give it a try, but not this location. I now know why they give you rolls and peanuts - to hold you over while you wait an eternity for your meal.

Not to Shabby.... The Resturant is pretty cool, however don't wear new shoes. There are peanut barrels all over and you throw the shells on the floor it can really do damage to a fresh pair of black shoes or sneaks... First the bread is OUTSTANDING. I don't normally do pre dinner bread but this time we kept reordering that INSANELY DELICIOUS BREAD.. it's a steak house so of course I ordered a big one.. 20oz ribeye cooked medium.. It was ok but some of my steak was rare... It's cool I took it home heated it and took care of it the next day... Other than that.. Nothing really to write home about...Outback steaks are better..

My girlfriend and I find ourselves at this wonderful steak joint about twice a month. We always leave full and satisfied and the price is not bad at all for the portions. I always get the 16 oz "cowboy cut" sirloin. The ribs are amazing and a great appetizer. The staff is great and management really knows great customer service. This is the best restaurant to come to Glen Mills. Five stars no doubt.

Service: typical chain restaurant I guess. Our waitress was young and friendly. Food: eek! My medium well rib eye was well done and tough. It looked like it was baked, not much char/grill marks to it and it wasn't hot. My husband's medium rare looked much better, but not so much on the taste. Although well seasoned, the tough meat ruined it for me. In the middle of our meal, hubby found a golf ball sized of dark brown lump "thing" in his sweet potato. He gave it a taste (don't ask) and said it was not edible. At the end of our meal, we told our waitress about it (since that was the only time we saw her again after she delivered our food). She said it was the sweet potato (eh?!) but wasn't sure so she was going to check. She came back and told us that "they" said it was part of the sweet potato (seriously? We must have had our dunce hats on). Nothing was taken off the check. I think a simple apology would've been appropriate and acceptable for us. Bad food and poor customer service, but hey.. you get free peanuts!

Basic and food is mediocre at best. There are so many better places to eat in this area. I went here to support a fundraiser and frankly wished I would have just donated money and skipped the meal.

This is one of the the best steakhouse in the area! It's tasty and inexpensive. I love how the place is laid back and the wait staff is friendly. Dress is casual. It's a family friendly restaurant, and they have lots of plasma screens for sport fans. Don't order any appetizers, because the peanuts and rolls will keep you from getting hungry. My guests loved their ribs and steak fries, but my favorite is their medium rare rib eye steak! The flavor by itself is pretty tasty, and it's tender and juicy also.

I used to go to Outback when I wanted a steak dinner. Now I go to Texas Roadhouse. The steaks are better in quality, and the overall price of the meal is a bit lower. I like this place enough to drive at least 15-20 minutes past the Springfield Outback and its abysmal lines any day. I've become a fan of the mushrooms that they put on your steak if you like that topping: they're somewhat salty and have a grilled flavor. They also offer rolls to you when you are seated. Though they offer a flavored butter, I request regular butter. If you're not a fan of a sugary butter, you should keep this in mind for the rolls. Have I had a better steak? No doubt, but it came at a higher price. This is the kind of place to go and eat a delicious meal after a long, hard work week. In my experience, the servers have been excellent. As a side note, the chain has the servers line dance when certain songs come on. This is nice because it provides some entertainment, and that's always something to help you relax. Why a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating you ask? I can't quite pinpoint it, but it's not a 5 star dining experience; still, Texas Roadhouse is fine by me. Can't wait to go there again!

Had tried to get in on several occasions and the wait time was greater than 60-90 minutes, which made us think this place must be great. We were quite disppiointed I have to say. The food was ok, not great. The noise was just so loud that it made it very uncomfortable to be there. We happened to go around 5-5:30 on a weekday figuring it wouldn't be overcrowded. We got in quickly but I almost killed myself on the peanut shells while walking to our table, wouldn't wear any kind of heels or new shoes if you are going there. Quite dangerous. Unlike other reviewers, I'd take Outback anyday. Their staff seems more well trained than the Roadhouse and more attentive and their steaks are much better.

I have been here several times with my husband and we really enjoy the food and the service. The only downside is that we go on Saturday evenings and the wait time is always about 60-70 minutes. They do have a call ahead feature, which is good, but on one occassion, they "lost" our call ahead reservation. But, we do enjoy the food and the wait staff are always very nice and accomodating. They do usually prepare the food the way you say; however, when it is really busy, they sometimes screw that up and you don't get it exactly how you want your steak. I always order my steak well done, but there have been one or two occassions when it was a little pink inside - no use complaining b/c I will never send anything back - that's just me. So I give it a 4 star because we do really like it but they could improve on some of their quality.

Stopped here after a long night of shopping, and got exactly what we expected. This is a fun sports-bar steakhouse type restaurant. We had a bit of a wait so we enjoyed the free peanuts and getting to throw the shells on the floor. The two guys ordered steaks, and the two women had salads and split the ribs. The food was very good. I especially enjoyed the ribs and my salad with grilled chicken. The rolls were also delicious. I'd definitely go back.

I'd like to say I won't be back, but, sadly, I probably will be. I say this because my father-in-law loves the kitsch of this place ("you can throw your peanut shells right on the floor!"). Let's start there. The place is one giant stereotype. It looks like what, I imagine, Al Franken sees when he thinks George W. Bush. Other than its incredibly gaudy decorations, the central conceit of this chain is mess. They offer you peanuts, served out of barrels, and you throw your peanut trash on the floor. Thus particular chain is always packed. If you call ahead, you're seated sighing 10 minutes - great. If you don't call ahead, be prepared to wait around an hour. "But the food must be worth the wait." No, it's not. The bread is good, addictive, slop. It's served piping hot because as it cools, the undercooked dough begins to congeal into something out of "Ghostbusters." The steak is more seasoning than meat, and the temperature is never right - unless you order medium, because that's the only temperature they're able to achieve in the 5 seconds they flash grill their cuts. I don't mind chain steakhouses. But this place is one step away from gross.

We have been to the one in Bear, DE before but this one just opened so we stopped in for a try. Everything was really good, but the steaks just aren't as tasty as Outback. My Fiance was a little shocked the baked potato didn't automatically come with butter. The manager made rounds and talked to us about it. This is just the way they do things! The service was good and we were in an out quickly. I will go again!

Pretty good! The service was great, I think we asked 5 times "how is everything"

Steaks are small, prices high, music load and of the country persuasion.

This is tough because I went twice and the first time was awesome, 5 stars, great meat, great price, good service and everything. Then, I actually ordered the exact same dish about a month later and the meat wasn't cooked the way I wanted and was nearly impossible to eat. I'm not giving up hope though, because the first time was so enjoyable, but the last time was a disappointment.
